For all reservations, valid debit/credit card details are required at the time of booking. We accept Visa/Mastercard/American Express. Payment can be made by telephone, via our website, or in person. We also accept payment by BACS.
For bookings made via our website/telephone/in person, the full booking balance is due 14 days before arrival, and payment will automatically be processed using the secure debit/credit card information provided at the time of booking. Alternatively, we can email you a payment link, or you can pay by BACS, 14 days before your arrival. Please advise if you would prefer this method. We reserve the right to temporarily hold an amount prior to arrival.
For reservations made via Booking.com, full payment is due 21 days before arrival, and will be processed using the debit/credit card details provided at the time of booking.
For direct bookings, if the booking is cancelled less than 14 days before arrival, the full booking amount is applicable. For Booking.com reservations, if cancelled within 21 days of arrival, the full booking amount is applicable. For all bookings, in the event of a ‘no show’ or booking reduction (after arrival date), the full cost of the stay is applicable, regardless of the duration.
Should any unforeseen circumstances occur, Wildercombe House reserves the right to transfer the guest to an alternative room, ideally of equal specification, but not guaranteed.
Wildercombe House strongly recommends that you take out holiday insurance to protect your reservation.
We reserve the right to amend the tariff at any time.
VAT is included at the current rate, but may vary subject to any change in government legislation.
