Frequently Asked Questions

• Check-in between 4pm and 9pm please. We can occasionally accommodate an early/later check-in, but this is with prior notice and subject to our confirmation.
• Check-out is by 10.30am. Please ensure that you hand in the keys before departure.
• Free on-site car parking.
• We do not have designated disabled parking spaces, but with prior notice we will reserve a parking space adjacent to the entrance, indicated by a parking cone.
• Breakfast is between 8am and 9am Monday to Friday inclusive, and between 8.30am and 9.30am at weekends and public holidays.
• Breakfast is a self-service hot and cold buffet, including full English and continental choices, and you are welcome to have both if you would like to. Assistance with the self-service can be provided if required.
• We cater for vegetarian diets, but do not offer other special dietary foods, ie. gluten free/soya milk/vegan etc. However, you are welcome to bring your own produce, which can be stored in one of the guest fridges if required.
• Please advise of any allergies at the time of booking, ie. nuts/feathers etc.
• Our duvets are either feather or hypo-allergenic, but please advise at the time of booking if you require a hypo-allergenic due to allergies. Winter duvet tog rating of 13.5, and summer duvet tog rating of 4.5.
• Service dogs only accepted.
• Children – No under 14’s.
• Wildercombe House is a non-smoking establishment throughout, in line with UK government legislation.
