Access

Parking is available, with level access from our car park extending throughout all public areas of the building, coupled with wide doorways.

Our accessible compliant letting room is generously proportioned, allowing easy maneuverability throughout the respective bedroom and en-suite.

Our compliant lift allows access to all floors.

Assistance dogs welcome.

For the sake of total accuracy we would like to point out that Bedroom 4 is unsuitable for anyone who may have difficulty with stairs.  Whilst it is a fabulously wide Victorian staircase, this room is accessed from one of the half landings off the main staircase. Thankfully we have other king-sized beds with all the trimmings throughout the building, so we'll save that particular room for our more active guests!  This restriction also applies to Bedrooms 9 and 10 (also making up the Family Suite), which are accessed down a small flight of 6 steps with hand rail, and Bedrooms 12 and 14, access via a small flight of stairs once in the room.

Lighting has been factored in when thinking of access and safety.  All outside fire escape routes have automatic ‘dusk ‘til dawn’ lighting installed, which also remain on in the event of a power failure for any reason. Internally, all public thoroughfares have LED night lighting which is operational throughout the night, remaining independent of the fire alarm and additional emergency lighting which is installed in every room and thoroughfare.
